Wallpaper projects across the Seattle area
Housing changes a lot from one city to the next, and so does the preparation a wall needs. Older Seattle neighborhoods have plaster walls and several layers of old wallpaper. Shoreline and Bothell have many mid-century and 1970s–90s homes, some with wallpaper still under paint. Newer homes and townhomes in Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish and Issaquah often have textured drywall and tall entries. Bellevue and Seattle add high-rise condos with building rules, and Renton has everything from post-war houses to new construction.
Each city page explains what to send from that area and which details help us plan the work. Wherever you are, the same steps apply: photos of the walls, measurements and your wallpaper details first, then a review of wall condition, material and pattern repeat, and a written estimate.
Condos and managed buildings
For condos, apartments and commercial buildings, include parking, elevator and access requirements with your request. Our guide to wallpaper in condos and HOA buildings lists the questions to ask your building.
